Trade-in brings new sales growth

The process of receiving subsidies is cumbersome

 

Regarding the receipt of subsidies, some consumers said that "the process is cumbersome", but the merchants said that "one step is not less."

 

It is understood that the entire process of furniture trade-in activities is divided into three steps. In the first step, consumers buy products and fill out the application form; in the second step, the manufacturer sends the new furniture to the consumer's home, at the same time pulls the old furniture away, and then sends it to the disassembly center. After the disassembly center receives the old furniture Make a determination and return the confirmation slip to the sales enterprise; in the third step, the sales enterprise informs the consumer to bring the materials to the store to go through the procedures for receiving subsidies. If any one step of the three-step process of "swapping the old for a new one" is not completed, consumers' subsidies cannot be received.

 

Regarding the orders for the unexpected home without subsidy payment, Wang Ningning, deputy manager of the operational management department of the actual home group, said that it was due to the new furniture's delivery time and the old furniture's failure to be handed over to the brand merchants for recovery.

 

Wang Yan said that because the trade-in is a 10% advance payment by the sales enterprise, at the end of the event, the 5% subsidy refund can only be received after the materials are handed over to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce. Therefore, the lack of any link will affect the enterprises receiving subsidies, these processes are interlocked, and the possibility of "fraudulent compensation" is firmly eliminated, so these links "can't be less in one step."
