From the perspective of product lines, each company already has or will launch low-carbon and environmentally-friendly products. Its enthusiasm can also be varied. There are certain elements that can purify the air, contain special ingredients that can fight cancer, have an emphasis on heat insulation, and focus on anti-formaldehyde. In short, most new products are related to low-carbon emission reduction.

Here I feel a bit embarrassed, that is, for the coating company to make a positive attitude to be happy, while there is also a hint of concern.

The good news is that the paint industry can quickly implement the policy requirements, actively make strategic deployments, and has achieved results. The worry is, to what extent the policy can be implemented in the end. What the company has done in the end is a drastic reform or a superficial article, and the product is just changing the drug.

For some paint companies, energy-saving and emission reduction will become "advantageous conditions" for their black profit growth. Individual companies promote the company by providing false information, and eventually achieve the corporate image of “energy saving and emission reduction”. Actually, “energy consumption is multi-row”. In the long run, it is inevitable that the paint industry is going green, and fraudulent companies will eventually die. However, we all know that the initial stage of reform is the most difficult, and there will be various obstacles to hinder the progress of the reform. If the coated enterprises really have the momentum to implement energy-saving and emission-reduction policies, the raw materials, production processes, products, and sales links are all real implementation of energy-saving and emission-reduction policies. This is fortunate for paint consumers. The fortunateness of the practitioners is the privilege of all Chinese people. At the same time, only the paint companies can survive for a long time.

From the product line, many of the features advertised by paint products have far more significance than their practical significance. For many special functions in paint products, there is no authoritative organization to do notarization. Crystalline (scale) graphite is divided into High Purity Graphite, High Carbon Graphite, Medium Carbon Graphite and low Carbon Graphite according to the fixed carbon content.

The high purity graphite (fixed carbon content is greater than or equal to 99.9%) is mainly used for flexible graphite sealing material, nuclear graphite, instead of platinum crucible for chemical reagent melting and lubricant base material, etc.

High carbon graphite (fixed carbon content 94.0% ~ 99.9%) is mainly used for refractory materials, lubricant substrate, brush raw materials, carbon products, battery raw materials, pencil materials, filling materials and coatings, etc.

Carbon graphite (80% ~ 94% fixed carbon content) is mainly used for crucible, refractories, casting materials, foundry coatings, pencil raw materials, battery materials and dyes, etc.

Low carbon graphite (fixed carbon content 50.0% ~ 80.0%) is mainly used for foundry coatings.

Cryptocrystalline graphite

Cryptocrystalline graphite is also called soil graphite or amorphous graphite. In cryptocrystalline graphite ore, graphite crystals are less than 1 mu m in diameter, which are microcrystalline and can only be seen in the electron microscope. High grade of ore, but poor selectable; The mineral associated with graphite is often quartz and calcite; The ore is microscaly - cryptocrystalline structure, block or soil structure.

Cryptocrystalline graphite ore is mainly distributed in contact metamorphic deposits.
