Parking Guidance System Installation Manual

First, preparation before construction
Be familiar with the site, understand and record the following information:
1. For site conditions, check the design drawings, and if there are obstacles (such as fire shutter doors) that are not convenient for wiring, adjust the wiring of the construction drawings and check the installation location of each device, such as the node controller and guide screen.
2. Number all equipment on the drawings, and strictly follow the drawings during construction.
3. Estimate the width of the parking space, the length of the lamp line and the length of the aisle, assess the length of the line required for the wiring, and other materials.
4. Prepare wiring materials and construction tools.
Note: If the node can not be installed in the middle of the detector bus, it must be installed in a uniform position, and the length of the line should be appropriately reduced.

Second, construction
1. Bridge or line tube installation: It must be installed according to the direction of the drawing line. The installation height is 2 meters, 2.5 meters, 3 meters, 3.5 meters, and it is recommended that 2.5 meters is the best.
2. If using a bridge, three detectors should be installed to locate the detector and the lamp, two small and one large, used to fix the detector, the base of the lamp and the wiring.
3. If it is a line pipe, install the detector and the position of the lamp to install a junction box, the bottom of the junction box should be opened in advance three holes, two small ones, used to fix the detector, the lamp base and the line, the opening up.
Note: The detector should be installed in the middle of the parking space. The LED signal light should be installed in the center of the parking space in front of the aisle. When the vehicle is running, it can be seen that it will not be blocked by the column.
4. The cabling adopted in the system cabling is a hand-in-hand or single-bus mode, and star wiring cannot be used.
5. Weak and strong electricity should be routed separately.
6. During the wiring process, it must be noted that there must be no short circuit between the power supply or the 485 communication, etc., and the short circuit of the conduit or the bridge. If there is a short circuit to the conduit or the bridge, the fault caused by the fault will sometimes be absent. The system will be unstable and the troubleshooting will be difficult.
Note: Whether the wiring and other operations in the construction process are done well, are reliable, and are connected according to the drawings, it is a very important factor for the stability of our system debugging and operation.
Third, equipment installation and debugging
1. Detector installation, LED signal lamp installation, node controller installation, LED screen installation (All equipment installation and connection, please refer to each equipment manual).
2. According to the drawing number of each device, the detector sets the distance to be measured.
3. Each node is powered on and tested separately. Before powering on, measure whether there are two or two short circuits on the bus. If there is a short circuit before removing the power, the normal node should be able to search all the detectors, and the parking light can be normal red and green changes. . If the junction box is used, lock the detector and the parking position indicator junction box cover. Note: When locking the detector and parking light cover, pay attention to the screws do not lock to the bus, otherwise the bus insulation damage will cause a short circuit, causing new failures.
4. Repeat the previous steps until they are all completed. Use the LED configuration tool to configure the central controller. Then debug the central bus to the node and the LED boot screen (address and baud rate settings of the screen. The address of the same node can't be displayed on the screen. Repeatedly, the screen hangs under the node with a baud rate of 4800 and hangs below the center with a baud rate of 9600).
5. Parking guidance software installation and use (please refer to parking guidance system manual).
Fourth, the data backed up after the completion of the project
1. Assemble the system diagram (including the location of the equipment, 220V AC power supply position, the actual wiring layout).
2. System diagram (center, nodes, detectors, screen system structure diagrams, alignment diagrams, numbering diagrams used on site).
3. Back up the LED configuration file and back up the parking guidance system parking space file.
