In the cold storage refrigeration system of Shandong Dingsheng, ammonia is generally used as the refrigerant. When installing the refrigerant pipe, the following matters should be noted:
1. Ammonia refrigeration pipes should be made of seamless steel pipes.
2. The pipe should be inspected carefully before installation, and there should be no defects such as cracks, blisters and severe corrosion.
3. Before the welding, the pipe should be purged, derusted and decontaminated, and the inner wall should be wiped with cotton cloth. After the rust is removed, the outer wall of the pipe should be brushed with anti-rust paint in time.
4. Seamless steel pipe shall be welded by electric welding. Small pipe diameter pipe may be gas welded. After welding, the welding slag at the welding joint inside and outside the pipe shall be removed in time. The welding joint shall not have serious defects such as biting meat, slag inclusion, pores, cracks and welding. . When the pipe is reduced, a reducer should be used.
5. When the flange is connected, it is better to use a flange with a sealing surface with a concave and convex sealing surface. Asbestos board is used as the material for padding, and the surface of the padding is sealed with butter.
6. When threaded connection with the ammonia valve of the equipment, it is recommended to use thick-walled seamless steel pipe or round steel to make thread processing.
7. When the pipeline is installed, there should be no horizontal and vertical straightening, but in the horizontal pipe section of the compressor suction and exhaust, the horizontal pipe section of the condenser to the liquid pipe of the liquid receiver, and the liquid pipe of the regulating station to the evaporation pipe The horizontal pipe section, the horizontal pipe section of the ammonia inlet pipe, etc. shall have a certain slope during construction.
During installation, it should be ensured that there should be no local downward concave on the water pipeline of each gaseous refrigerant, because the liquid sac will be formed in the bent part, so that the gaseous refrigerant is blocked, and the horizontal pipeline in each liquid refrigerant On the top, there shall be no parts with partial upward bulging. For example, if the pipe between the condenser and the evaporator is partially bent upward, the air bag is easily formed at this point, so that the air of the liquid pipe accumulates therein, and the liquid does not easily pass through.
8. Pipe elbows should be made of twisted elbows as much as possible, with a bending radius of =2.5~4D.
9. When the pipeline passes through the wall or the floor, steel casing shall be added, and there shall be sufficient clearance between the casing and the pipeline.
10. The pipe is at the support, and the wooden block should be added with asphalt. The thickness of the pad is the same as the thickness of the insulation layer.
11. When the small cold storage uses copper pipes, seamless pipes should be used.
12. At the tee, the angle between the branch pipe and the main pipe should be greater than 90°.
