(2) The sample is clamped in the upper and lower jaws, and it should be ensured that 2/3 of the two ends are clamped. (3) Clamp the extensometer, select the deformation measurement method in the test item according to the nature of the material, and clamp the corresponding extensometer to the middle part of the sample. (4) Test process: close the oil return valve, monitor the speed display, and open the oil supply valve for loading, so that the speed display is basically stable within a certain range. At this time, the load value, deformation amount and test rate of the sample are displayed on the load, deformation, and rate display windows until the end of the test. After the test is finished, press the “loose†button on the upper and lower chucks of the manual control box to remove the sample. Press the open return valve, close the oil supply valve or press the OFF switch to stop the oil pump motor, so that the test stand stops moving.
Second, the test ends normally According to the test end conditions in the test conditions; is the end of the fracture, or the end of the non-fracture, after the end; about 2 seconds, at this time the user through the test data output and display, watch the experimental results.
Third, the test is aborted Due to human factors, such as the sample is not clamped or the extension gauge forgot to hold, etc., you can do any of the following operations to terminate the test.
Fourth, the operation of the precautions:
(1) Please read the instructions carefully before use.
(2) When using the computer, please do not read or write (or copy) the floppy disk that is unknown or unrelated to the machine in the future; prevent computer virus infection, otherwise it will cause system paralysis. (3) Before connecting the machine, you must check the connection line between the computer and the host, whether the plug, socket and power plug are correct.
(4) Correctly select the fixture and do not overload it.
(5) Start the HT software, do not turn off the computer power; exit the HT software, exit Windows, and then allow the computer power to be turned off, otherwise the system software will be destroyed.
(6) If there is a sudden power outage, please turn off all power immediately, and then turn on the power after confirming that the power supply is stable. (7) Do not leave the position after the machine is running.
