Summary answer:
1. There is no protective cover on the rotating part of the equipment;
2. The fan guard does not meet the requirements for safe use;
3. The cover of the electrical switch box is open and should be closed normally to prevent coal dust from entering;
4. The white power box is placed on the front of the electrical switch box and is not fixed;
5. There is no hardening treatment on the ground;
6. On-site barrels, idle equipment and various sundries are not classified, and the partition specifications are stacked;
7. Fire safety equipment and fire alarm facilities were not seen at the scene;
8. The site lacks various safety warning signs;
9, the cable line has no casing protection, and the line is messy;
10, there are operating switches placed on the fan, there are hidden dangers such as drop damage, leakage;
11. Equipment and facilities should be well protected against corrosion and lubrication;

The picture below shows the production site of a chemical plant. Everyone looks for hidden dangers.
1. The power distribution cabinet is a problem and should not be in the same room as the inflammable material;
2. The door of the power distribution cabinet is not locked, there is no safety warning sign "There is danger of electricity, it is forbidden to approach";
3, the material on the job site is messy, not partitioned, no label, the site 5S is poor;
4. Stacking materials in front of the power distribution cabinet, resulting in inconvenient operation of the power distribution cabinet and failure to comply with safety regulations;
5, the safety channel is blocked, the door should be opened outwards, no evacuation mark;
6. The material is placed directly on the ground and will be contaminated;
7. No fire extinguishing equipment is provided;
8. No obvious safety warning signs are set;
9. The safety operation procedures are not posted at the production site, and there are no dangerous articles safety labels;
10, flammable goods warehouse, on-site electrical part of the cable threading does not meet the requirements, should use metal protection tube;
11. There is no ventilation facility on site. The picture shows that the site space is small and does not meet the environmental health requirements;
12, the power cord should not be close to the top of the door, the leakage is dangerous;
The following is a scene of a mechanical workplace. . Everyone is looking for some hidden dangers.
1. The hook is missing on the hook;
2. The control switch is placed in a hanging position; it is not fixed;
3. Control the switch and it is too close to the hanging object, and it is easy to scratch when lifting.
3. The rust appears on the hook in the figure, and the oil should be cleaned;
4. Various line pipes such as on-site cable lines are messy; the power box does not have a corresponding safety mark.
5. On-site items are not classified and placed in sections;
6. Some items are placed in the lifting work area;
7. The guardrail parking space should be provided with guardrail isolation to prevent personnel from walking underneath;
8. The scene lacks various safety warning signs on site; and on-site operation instructions~
9. After the use of the aircraft is completed, it should be parked in the prescribed interval and should not be parked in the work site;

Dangerous goods storage place
1. Incomplete equipment and accessories (lack of manhole cover, temperature, pressure, liquid level indication, etc.)

3. There is a plastic bucket at the bottom for loading materials that may leak, the position is not correct, and the material does not meet the requirements, and the plastic is easy to generate static electricity;
4. The label on the vehicle is unclear, the name and type of the vehicle are not marked, and it does not meet the relevant requirements of GB 13392-2005 "Road Transportation Dangerous Goods Vehicle Mark".
5. There is no special person to supervise the unloading site. According to the requirements, there should be a special person to operate the station personnel, and the escort personnel should cooperate with the operation.
6, unloading the car to promote no vehicle unlimited position and anti-collision device;
7, no static elimination and alarm devices;
8. The tank area is cement concrete cofferdam, which does not have the function of seepage leakage, and does not meet the requirements of 6.2.17 of GB50160-2008 “Design Rules for Fire Protection of Petrochemical Enterprises”. It is recommended to make epoxy resin coating;
In addition, fire-fighting settings, eye wash facilities, danger notice signs, warning signs and other figures have not been reflected.

1. GB/T13869-2008 Safety Guidelines for Electricity Consumption
1. The electrical equipment and power distribution equipment used in the open air shall be protected from rain, snow, fog and dust.
2. The distribution box (board) used for mobile shall be a complete multi-strand copper core rubber sheathed flexible cable or sheathed cord with protective wire as the power line, and a leakage protector shall be installed at the same time.
3. When using mobile Class I equipment, first confirm that its metal casing or frame is reliably grounded, use a socket with protective earthing pole, and install a leakage protector. Do not use unprotected wire plug socket.
Second, JGJ46-2005 construction site temporary electricity safety technical specifications
1. In the TN system, the exposed conductive parts of the following electrical equipment that are not energized shall be protected from zero:
2. The metal frame of the power distribution cabinet and the control cabinet;
3. Metal box, bar frame and metal fence and metal door near the electrified part of the power distribution device;
4. Each electrical equipment must have its own dedicated switch box. It is strictly forbidden to directly control 2 or more electrical equipment (including sockets) with the same switch box.
5. The inlet and outlet of the wires in the distribution box and switch box shall be located on the lower bottom of the box.
6. The distribution box and switch box should have the name, purpose, shunt mark and system wiring diagram.
7. The distribution box and switch box door should be equipped with locks and should be handled by a special person.
Third, GB50194-93 construction site construction site power supply safety specification
1. The distribution box with more than 3 circuits should be equipped with a total knife gate and a branch knife gate. Each branch breaker should not be connected to 2 or more electrical equipment, and should not be used by 2 or more operation groups.
2. The obvious part of the electrical equipment should be marked with “No Proximity to Prevent Electric Shock”.
Fourth, other irregularities:
1. It is too close to the construction site, and no sealing or isolation measures are taken;
2, not one electric gate;
3. The excess cable cannot be wrapped around the distribution box;
4. The switch box should not be placed on the steel bar;
5. The busbar cable is wound around the distribution box and is prone to heat;
6. There are unused knives in the box;
