In order to solve this problem, after repeated argumentation and practical trials in principle, we found that the following set of simple fan-shaped rolling wheel devices can completely eliminate the problem of cable-turning of the fan-shaped core.

1. In the preceding step of each stranded wire core into the twisted configuration, a fan-shaped rolling wheel, as shown in the figure, is added to ensure that the relative angles between the fan-shaped cores and the stranding core before the stranding winch are fixed. 3. (4) This method is also suitable for semi-circular wire core cable. For the twisting of the profiled wire, this method can also be followed. In special circumstances, the water pressure in the crystallizing wheel 1 zone and the crystallizing wheel 2 zone can be equal to about 0.1 MPa. The control of cooling water flow and pressure will directly affect the service life of the crystal wheel and the steel strip and the quality of the slab. Improper control of the cooling water will burn out the mold cavity of the crystal wheel and deform the steel belt.
