Compared with the traditional “old three poles” pattern in the eastern, central and western regions of China, the “new three poles” pattern of manufacturing is accelerating.
According to the work arrangement of the authoritative departments such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the pilot demonstration of "Made in China 2025" with the city (group) as the carrier will be launched in the second half of the year. At present, the first batch of pilot demonstration cities in Ningbo and other places have been established. For example, the “Made in China 2025 Shaanxi Implementation Opinions” requires funding support for 100 projects in 14 fields, involving a total investment of 804.179 billion yuan; the “Made in China 2025 Gansu Action Plan” proposes to organize more than 600 implementations from 2016 to 2018. From the specific content of the policy, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries have formed different development ideas and strategies, that is, the eastern region has turned to high-end equipment manufacturing, the central industry has upgraded, and the western advantageous industries have broken through.
