On June 27, 2013, the Board of Directors of Henan Xinda New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Companyâ€) received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Li Juntao, Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Wang Zhiqiang, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Li Juntao decided to resign in the company for personal reasons. As a deputy general manager, he will not hold other positions in the company after resigning. Mr. Wang Zhiqiang resigned from his position as the chief financial officer of the company due to his job transfer. He still worked in the company after resigning.
