The report predicts that the maximum power gap in the second quarter may be between 10-20 million kilowatts; during the summer peak season, the maximum power gap may be around 30 million kilowatts; in the case of a wide range of continuous hot weather and other uncertain factors, the maximum gap may be expanded to 4000 Ten thousand kilowatts.
CEC expects that the economic growth will rebound steadily in the third quarter. The power consumption demand in the latter three quarters will also increase steadily, but the growth rate will decline from that in 2011.
