Fleck 9000 control valve workflow

1, working status

The hard water enters the first resin tank through the control valve, and the water treated by the resin layer enters the lift pipe through the water distributor, and then flows out through the flow meter through the control valve. The second resin tank is used for regeneration preparation.

2. Conversion of the tank <started by the flow meter>

The hard water enters the second resin tank through the connecting pipe through the connecting pipe, and the water treated by the resin layer enters the lifting pipe through the water distributor. It is then connected back to the control valve and flows out through the flow meter. At this time, the first resin tank is separated from the water flow path and ready for regeneration.

Control valve

3, backwash status

The water treated by the second tank is discharged from the water distribution device connected to the control valve through the lower pipe through the bottom of the water pipe through the resin layer and finally through the control valve drain port.

4, salt absorption status

The second tank treated water is passed into a water injector connected to the control valve, and then the reducing agent in the salt tank is sucked into the first resin tank by a jet process. The salt liquid passes through the resin layer and enters the lifting pipe from the water distributor, and finally is discharged from the sewage outlet.

5, slow cleaning status

The treated water flows into the first resin tank by connecting into the control valve, enters the lifting pipe through the resin layer through the bottom water distributor, and is discharged from the sewage outlet through the control valve.

6, fast cleaning status

The treated water flows into the first resin tank by connecting the control valve. The resin layer enters the lifting pipe through the bottom water distributor, and is discharged from the sewage outlet through the control valve.

7, salt tank water injection status

The treated water is injected into the salt canister through a valve through a water jet connected to the control valve. No water flows through the first resin tank at this time.

8, the second tank working state (can exchange)

The hard water is connected from the control valve into the second resin tank, passes through the resin layer, and enters the lift pipe from the bottom water distributor and is connected back to the control valve and flows out of the outlet through the flow meter. The first resin that has been regenerated has detached from the water flow line. When the second resin tank fails, the first resin tank can be activated.
