Various operating results continued to lead the industry. In the first quarter, net profit increased by 34.7% over the same period of last year. Among them, Xingcheng sheet completed EBITDA 78.81 million and completed 26.3% of the annual assessment targets. The trend is positive.

Xingcheng Special Steel strengthens marketing management and opens up market

Xingcheng Special Steel through careful deployment, all-round lean management and control, comprehensively improve the marketing management, R & D capabilities, production organization and "cost breakdown" cost reduction management. In the first quarter, sales revenue, foreign exchange earned through exports, and total profits and taxes increased by 3.4%, 14%, and 208% respectively compared with the same period of last year, and successfully achieved the first quarter of the year.

The sales company is market-oriented and implements lean marketing. The market for high-end varieties of bearing steels and automotive steels was further promoted, and sales volume increased further. In particular, during the localization of high-end special steel parts for Japanese cars, Ford, Volkswagen, and general-purpose cars, Hing Cheng seized a place and its development momentum is promising.

The R&D department took advantage of the close cooperation between “production, research and application”, and approached the market to find orders to listen to new user needs. In the first quarter, a total of 177 new rod and wire products were developed, an increase of 44 over the same period of last year. The market share and sales volume of key high-end products increased steadily, and the variety structure was further optimized.

The production system has carried out lean production management activities in depth, and has greatly improved in terms of contract planning and tracking, comprehensive production scheduling, abnormal production analysis, and emergency disposal.

Xinye Steel Lifts Sales Leads to Create a New Situation

Xinye Steel cited the sales leader, grasped the key to the contract, and its production and operation showed a good trend from month to month. In the first quarter, exports of steel were 109,000 tons, and exports accounted for 20.31% of steel sales, which exceeded the 20% line for the first time.

Sales create a new situation. In March, the sales volume exceeded 200,000 tons for the first time. The repayments reached the best level in recent years, and the finished product fell 22,000 tons, exceeding the group's target.

The major technical indicators continue to improve. In the first quarter, a series of innovations were achieved through hardships and difficulties, and 18 technical and economic indicators were refreshed for 27 times. Among them, there are 3 items of coke system 5 times, 1 item of iron system 2 times, 10 items of steel system 14 times, and 4 items of material system 6 times.

Variety structural adjustment has achieved remarkable results. In the event of a drop in market prices, Xinye Steel has adjusted its product mix and increased the production and delivery of high-end products. The average price of steel products increased by 4.75% from the previous month. Among them, the proportion of high-end users of high-end forging materials continues to increase. In March, the average sales price exceeded the million mark for the first time, up 10.10% year-on-year, and the excellent die-cast steel production reached 8,700 tons, a record high. Exports record new records.

Xin Yaxing's production and management and project construction are both hands-on

Xin Yaxing has faced severe market conditions and achieved operating results better than most of its peers through lean production and cost control.

In the first quarter, Xin Yaxing produced 323,000 tons of primary coke, an increase of 134.1% year-on-year; sales revenue increased 21.6%; EBITDA increased by 70.7% year-on-year; net profit increased by 133.5% year-on-year. The season started. At the same time, the construction of key projects proceeded steadily in accordance with the plan node, and the second phase No. 4 coke oven and CDQ system completed the schedule; the civil engineering construction of the power generation project was basically completed, and the equipment installation had been fully carried out.

Taifu Special Materials Technology to Improve Product Quality

1, strong, thermostable
Because CPVC compares PP-R, PE-X to be firm. CPVC have the anti-oxygen, therefore the oxygen seepage from the radiator will not bring metal corrosion.

4, reducing the infiltration of additives
In order to prevent oxidation, some modified plastics needs to increase the massive antioxidant that may be infiltrated into the water supply system ,causing the ill-smelling smell.
5, without the impact of chlorine in water
A lot of polyolefin materials (including PP, PE) may be decomposed with water, while CPVC is not affected by the impact of residual chlorine in water that there is no cracks and leakage.
6, good flame retardancy
CPVC limiting oxygen index is 60, therefore it will not burn in the air. It has the characteristics : misfires the flame decoction,not to increase the fire set,restrict flame spread,low smoke generation. 7, CPVC has excellent chemical resistance to non-polar strong acid and alkali. Commonly used to substitute the metal to process the corrosive material, such as the poor quality of water, acidic material alkaline matter and other peroxide solutions.

8, the low thermal conductivity
CPVC thermal conductivity is only 1.05. heat is not easy to disseminate from the pipeline, heat loss of pipeline is low.
9, bacteria breeding is not easy
CPVC is not influenced by the impact of residual chlorine in water. So it will not result in cracks and leaks. Inner wall of pipe is smooth, not easy to breed bacteria. The research indicated that the breeding of germs in CPVC pipe is far lower than other materials such as copper, steel and other plastic pipe.
10, low thermal expansion
CPVC thermal-expansion coefficient is lower than other plastics. The tube expansion is very small when tube-pass heat, unlike other types of channels (such as PP-RRP) due to the higher temperature caused by heat expansion coefficient that could cause snake bending,the existence safe hidden danger and eyesores.

11, the test of time
