The national standard for anchor bolts is GB-T799-1988 anchor bolts. 1. The anchor bolts are buried in the concrete foundation generally by two methods, namely, the pre-buried and reserved holes are filled by the secondary grouting method.
2. The method of directly embedding anchor bolts into the foundation is applicable to towers, high vessels, spherical tanks and mechanical equipment with large vibration.
3. When directly inserting the anchor bolt, the center line of the anchor bolt is a≥100mm from the base side, as shown in Figure 2.0.8. When it is not enough, it must be brought to the reinforcement of the foundation reinforcement by the civil engineering profession.
4. Reserve anchor bolt holes and put them into the anchor bolts to grout. This method is suitable for horizontal containers, heat exchangers, small vertical containers and other static equipment and machines and pumps with less vibration. It is characterized by the ease of adjustment of the anchor bolt positioning size without the need to position the template.
5. The size of the reserved hole must meet the requirements of civil construction and equipment installation. See Figure 2.0.5. The size of the reserved hole A × A is a minimum of 100 × 100 (mm). The bolt hook hole wall size e≥20mm, the hole wall distance from the base side is b≥100mm. When b can not meet 100mm, the pre-buried method or the civil engineering professional reinforcement of the foundation reinforcement can be used. The bolt hook is 80mm from the bottom of the hole. 6. For equipment installed on concrete beams, the anchor bolts are generally pre-buried. If the equipment foundation has special requirements, the civil engineering professional can also pre-embed the casing on the concrete beam to penetrate the anchor bolts. The casing should be sized such that the clearance between the anchor bolt and the casing is at least 10 mm, so that the bolt position and sand filling and tamping can be adjusted during installation. See Figure 2.0.6. In this way, the bolts are long, the cushioning performance is good, and the bolts can be replaced, but the stability is poor.
At the same time, pay attention to the diameter of the expansion bolt anchor bolt with the distance from the center of the bolt to the edge of the foundation not less than 7 times; the foundation strength of the anchor bolt for installing the expansion anchor shall not be less than 10 MPa; there shall be no crack at the drilled hole, pay attention to prevent the reinforcement from the drill bit and the foundation. The buried pipe collides; the diameter and depth of the borehole should match the anchor bolts of the expansion anchor. Moreover, the bonding anchor bolt is a kind of anchor bolt commonly used in recent years, and the method and the requirement are the same as the expansion anchor bolt. However, when bonding, please pay attention to the impurities in the hole and do not get wet.
