1. Points to pay attention to when installing high pressure vane pump:
1 The concentricity of the hydraulic oil pump and the oil pump motor shaft is controlled within 0.1mm. As far as possible, a flexible coupling is used to avoid the bending moment and axial load of the oil pump bearing.
2 The hydraulic oil pump bracket should be firm, steel, and fully absorb vibration.
3 When the oil pump is installed above the fuel tank, the height of the suction port from the oil level should be less than 1 meter. The suction port of the pump should be upward.
4 The suction pipe diameter of the oil pump should not be less than the pump inlet diameter, and the suction oil filter flow rate should not be less than twice the oil pump flow.
5 Note that the flange, joint and the entire oil suction pipe at the inlet must be tightly sealed to prevent air leakage, otherwise it will cause noise, system vibration, and a large amount of foam in the fuel tank, reducing the life of the pump.
6 The finer the filter oil, the better the cleanliness of the working fluid, the longer the life of the oil pump.
7 The return pipe should extend below the oil level (not directly connected to the inlet of the pump) to prevent air bubbles from splashing.
8 The fuel tank should be provided with a partition to separate the air bubbles and dirt from the oil.
9 Installation location is not limited. Before commissioning, the pump body must be filled with hydraulic fluid and kept full during operation. In order to reduce noise, all connecting pipes (oil inlet pipe, pressure oil pipe and casing drain pipe) need to be separated by a flexible member and a fuel tank.
2. Points to note when starting the high pressure vane pump:
1 Before starting the hydraulic system, make sure to import and turn the oil pump and motor. Do not make the wrong direction.
2 Initially start the pump should be filled with oil, and turn the coupling by hand, the rotation force should feel uniform and flexible.
3 When the machine is started again after the initial work or long-term shutdown, air suction will occur. Therefore, install an exhaust valve at the output end, or loosen the outlet flange slightly to remove air and try to run it under no-load conditions.
