Corrosion should not exceed 10% of the original plate thickness, and whether the main force components have fatigue cracks; whether the various guardrails and brackets are intact or not; The main beam and end beam are bolted and fastened.
4. Check the deformation of the main beam. Check the condition of the trolley track. Under no-load conditions, the main beam should be less than 1/2000 of the span; the horizontal deflection of the main beam must not exceed 1/1500 of the measured length; the track of the trolley should not produce a railing phenomenon, and the top surface and sides of the rail should be worn ( The single sided quantity should not exceed 3mm.
5. Check the condition of the reel. The wear of the reel wall should not exceed 20% of the original wall thickness. The peak of the rope groove is not strained.
6. Tighten all hydraulic connecting bolts and fastening bolts.
