4. General NC coating line process:

C. Note:

1. Due to the different wood used, different wood grain is produced, the coloring coating is difficult to change, and the color is difficult to grasp. Generally, the range of deep/medium light is provided for customer confirmation when proofing, and the same blade must be cut and retained. accurate.

2. It is necessary to pay attention to the uniform sanding of the blades, especially the sides of the blades are not easy to sand, resulting in rough sides.

3. Pay attention to the thickness of the blade and the number of blades of the finished product to prevent the factory from cutting corners.

4. Humidity is especially important and should not exceed 12 degrees to prevent blade deformation.

5. Blade punching should not be broken or punched with burrs.

6. When the whole window is worn, from top to bottom, the color is light/medium/deep in order, especially the middle part of the whole window is important.

7. The whole window must pay attention to the flatness of each blade. There must be no bending deformation or banana shape. The OVERLAPPING condition should be checked on both the front and the back.
