After studying the "work system" carefully, I feel that there are two regulations that give me special attention.

The first is about the provisions of special funds: the establishment of experts to investigate the hidden danger protection mechanism. Security supervisory departments at all levels must strengthen the organization and leadership of relying on experts to carry out hidden investigations and arrange special funds to provide support and work conditions for experts to check hidden dangers. The establishment and use of expert teams must have activity funding guarantees.

As a member of the county-level safety production experts, I have a deep understanding of the funding guarantee for expert activities. Because there was no guarantee of activity funds, it was put into the safety production association and there was still no guarantee of funds; after the county finance had special funds, it returned. In a sense, the funding of activities also determines the survival and death of relying on experts to identify potential causes of rectification work. It should be said that the relevant departments of the Directorate General of the People's Republic of China are very accurate and clearly placed on this issue. At the same time, it also reveals respect for knowledge, respect for talented people, and people must care about people's ideas and make people excited.

The second is about clarifying the conditions for appointment of experts. The warehousing experts should have middle and senior professional titles (or registered safety engineers, registered safety appraisers qualifications). Here the experts and registered security engineers basically put an equal sign. In the formation of the county safety production expert group, as one of the founders, I basically absorbed all registered security engineers from all walks of life in my county. Therefore, I have repeatedly called for and hoped that the laws, regulations, and rigid rules of registered safety engineers in relevant countries will be set up early to lay the foundation for the scientific and technical personnel who hold on to the "red line." This provision of the "Working System" is conducive to the integration of safe production technologies and business personnel resources at the grass-roots level.
