2. Aluminum alloy melting furnace

3. Alloy forging

The level of domestic forging equipment is very different. The older forging equipment in China has the level of iron forging in the 1940s, and the leading hydraulic forgings are forged. Iron die casting rods have very poor crystallographic arrangements and contain many slags and bubbles in the casting rods. The quality of the casting rods is very poor. Nowadays, the contrasts commonly used in factories are horizontal forging (also known as continuous forging) and semi-continuous forging. Most semi-continuously forged wire rope drives, better hydraulic transmission. Half-forged rods vary in length, usually 3 meters, 4 meters, up to 8 meters. Semi-continuous forging is a pit type, which reduces on one side while forging, and is cooled on all sides with cold water, because the water cooling is evenly distributed and the crystals of the cast rod are uniformly arranged. Today's commonly used semi-continuous forging die is a leading, hot-top, horizontal forging die. The characteristics of this die can be cast several to several dozen at a time, casting quality together is good, with a high quality 6063 aluminum alloy cast rod There are talents who can produce good aluminum profiles. If the forging equipment with the initial staleness can not forge good casting rods, the base can not produce good aluminum profiles. There are many aluminum factories in China, and there are no equipments for producing aluminum rods. Instead, 6063 alloy rods are purchased from electric aluminum plants or other factories. Such aluminum plants and aluminum materials are in the hands of the cast rod factory. Aluminum is difficult to reach the quality and stability. Compared with leading forging equipment with backward equipment, the first is low investment and low production costs, which is one of the reasons why the difference in the sale price of aluminum.

4. Profile kneading

China's profile kneading machine has a wide variety of products, and has a wide range of unevenness. It is also a world comparison. There are factory-owned simple kneading machines that can be transformed with plastic extruders. There are a few domestic ones, followed by Taiwanese, devils, the United States and Germany, with hydraulic and hydraulic pressure. In total, hundreds of kneading machines in China are all kinds.
