How to carry out maintenance and standard operation of the various parts of the belt line, the conveyor line and other conveying equipment are not only maintenance, the workers operate at the time of operation, the only way to make the conveyor line run normally. The following describes the maintenance methods for several important parts of the assembly line.

1. Maintenance and maintenance of the transformer of the head motor: Do not enter the water in the motor. Once the water enters, there will be a chance that the insulation of the motor will be destroyed and the equipment will not run.

2. Maintenance and maintenance of the chain: The chain needs to be observed more, and the butter and lubricating oil are added frequently. Due to the long-term operation of the chain, the lubricating liquid will evaporate, causing the noise to become larger and tend to crawl.

3. Maintenance and maintenance of the gearbox at the head of the assembly line: After using the first quarter of the model for the first time, the excess oil in the gearbox is completely discharged, and then the gasoline and diesel are used to take a bath inside the gearbox, and then the new one. The lubricating oil is added to the middle of the observation window. This will be done every once in a year. (We need to note that too little oil will cause the gearbox to be noisy and overheated, even the deceleration of the gearbox, and each time the lubricant can't exceed the middle of the viewing window. If it exceeds too much, the gearbox will overheat. The motor load is too large and the protection switch is open.)

It should also be noted that maintenance is not only the maintenance of the hardware, but also the regular operation of the operator. The graphic design of the assembly line should ensure that the transportation route of the parts is the shortest, the production workers are easy to operate, the auxiliary service department is convenient to work, the production area is most effectively utilized, and the interconnection between the installations of the assembly lines is considered. In order to meet these requirements, the form of the pipeline and the arrangement method of the installation line of the pipeline should be considered in the layout of the pipeline.
