1. Clean the base layer: Use a blade to remove the gray skin stuck to the leveling layer, and use a broom to clean the dust, especially the roots, floor drains and drains. If there is oil, brush it with a wire brush and sandpaper. The surface must be flat and the depressions should be leveled with 1:3 cement mortar.

2. Apply primer: Mix the polyurethane A and B components and xylene in a ratio of 1:1.5:2 (weight ratio) and mix well. Use a rolling brush or paint brush to apply the primer to the surface of the base layer evenly. It should not be too thin or too thick. The amount of brushing should be about 0.2kg/m. After painting, it should be dried for more than 4 hours before the next step can be carried out.

3. Detail additional layer: Mix the polyurethane coating waterproof material in the proportion of component A: component B = 1:1.5, and use paint brush to paint the floor drain, pipe root, yin and yang angle and water outlet. The weak parts should be evenly painted, and the brush should not be leaked (the ground and the wall are at the junction, and the film is waterproof and the wall is made 100mm high).

4. The first layer of coating film: the polyurethane A and B components and xylene are blended in a ratio of 1:1.5:0.2 (weight ratio), poured into a mixing tank, and stirred evenly with a power agitator ( About 5min), use a rubber scraper or paint brush to apply a layer of paint, the thickness should be uniform, the amount of scraping should be 0.8 ~ 1.0kg / m, from the inside out.

5. The second layer of coating film: after the first layer of coating film, when the coating film is cured to a non-sticky hand, according to the first pass material ratio method, the second coating process is performed, in order to make the coating film thickness uniform, the blade coating The direction must be perpendicular to the first pass direction, and the amount of scraping is the same as the first pass.

6. The third layer of coating film: after the second layer of film is cured, the film material is still stirred according to the ratio of the first two times of the material, and the third time is applied, and the amount of the coating is 0.4-0.5 kg/m. When uncured after coating, the clean φ2~φ3mm particle size can be diluted on the surface of the coating to increase the adhesion to the cement mortar coating.

Do not stir too much according to the amount of ingredients in the operation during the operation. If the viscosity of the coating is too large to be scratched, a small amount of xylene may be added for dilution, and the amount added shall not exceed 10% of the material. If the mixing of A and B materials is too fast, affecting the construction, a little phosphoric acid or benzene sulfonate chlorination retarder may be added, the amount of addition shall not be greater than 0.5% of the material; if the film is too slow to cure, a little two may be added. Dibutyltin laurate is used as a coagulant; however, the amount added should not exceed 0.3% of the nail.

After the coating film is waterproofed, the water storage test can be carried out after passing the inspection and acceptance, and there is no leakage in 24 hours, and the surface layer construction can be carried out.
