Positioning cam
The positioning cam is a guide rail with a special profile (as shown below). The three lever arm drives the positioning cam to rotate, driving the two positioning rods to move in a straight line. One end of the rod is connected to the bearing and the other end is connected to a damper (one of the connection springs).
Once the bearing passes the apex of the cam track, the pressure created by both the spring and the damper causes the rotation unit to continue to rotate until the three arm returns to the fence position. The pretension of the spring can be adjusted by the screw.
Damper
The function of the damper is to adjust the spring force and buffer the entire rotation process. During the first half of the rotation (ie, the lift in the positioning cam), the damper expands; during the second half of the rotation (ie, the descent), the damper contracts. Limit switch
The function of the travel switch is that when the brake lever rotates to a certain angle (about 110 degrees), the travel switch on the resetter contacts the screw, automatically detects a signal in place and sends this signal to the three-roll gate driver board.
Three arm (dial)
The turntable is mounted on the main shaft by three bolts. It consists of three brake levers, three rotary blocks and a drop lever with spring plate. In the absence of the lever, the angle between the three levers is equal, one of which remains horizontal and acts as a fence.
Emergency drop device
As shown in the following figure, the electromagnetic device is mounted on the bearing seat 2#. Under power-on condition, it does not interact with the rotating block.
