Realizing that this might be a fake website, Xiaojuan suspended the transaction.

"Phishing" is a means of online fraud. Scammers send out fraudulent emails by forging legitimate websites (such as banks, online shopping websites, etc.) or counterfeiting the names of legitimate units (such as banks, etc.) to deceive online users' personal financial information, and then implement bank card fraud.

Expert tips:

1. Do not reply to emails requesting personal information from you. Such emails may be "bait". If you have doubts, you can consult the company through the phone number provided by 114, and do not dial the phone number provided in the email. Similarly, please do not disclose any personal information to unsolicited interviewers.

2. Do not click on suspicious links in emails. Manually enter the correct URL to log in to a legitimate website, and add it to the "Favorites" of IE browser for easy use next time. Never copy the link provided in the email and paste it into the browser.

3. Only conduct online transactions on the websites of well-known companies with good reputation. Be careful when entering your identity information and account information.

4. Confirm that the website is protected by encryption. Please note that the URL of the browser's URL bar should start with https: // instead of the normal http: //. In addition, a (security lock) pattern will be displayed on the status bar on the right or lower right corner of the browser address bar. These indicate that the payment page is encrypted and protected.

5. Make sure your computer is safe. Install firewalls and anti-virus software, and regularly update anti-virus software to protect your computer from malicious attacks or viruses.

6. Protect the security of account information. As far as possible, do not use online banking in public places (such as Internet cafes, etc.).
