In the work of establishing the three-dimensional graphics library of die standard parts, the system uses Delphi's own Paradox desktop database as a database development tool, establishes a die standard parts database, and develops a friendly human-machine interface using Delphi's visual component technology. Through the human-machine interface interface, the data tables of the die standard parts are browsed; after the data item selection is completed, the SolidWorks software platform can be started, and the selected data is transmitted, and the three-dimensional graphics are drawn.
The standard parts database is the basis for the establishment of the system. All the visual information in the system and the data used in the drawing are from the standard database of the die. In the standard parts manual, various standard parts have their corresponding data tables. After analyzing the data tables, extract the non-data information common to each table, such as table name, diagram, description, etc., separately create a database table as an index table; and establish data information in each data table. A database table; traversing the index fields (for example, table names) in the index table, you can access all data tables in the standard database of the die.
After the database is built, the data access component of Delphi is used to link the database with specific data-aware components in the human-machine interface to display the database information of the program runtime.
