Cabinet errors and solutions

>>>The cabinets are cleverly upgraded to make the kitchen instantly change

1. The circuit diagrams before and after the hydropower reform were not preserved. The construction drilled above the pipeline, and water leaks or shorted wires. Cause unnecessary trouble!

Solution: Keep the circuit diagram before and after the hydropower reform!

2. The tiles are easy to crack when empty, and the edges of small tiles are easy to crack!

Solution: Workers can use a glass drill bit to break through the tile and use electric hammer to drill holes

3. There are no clear mistakes caused by the color of the countertops or doors, especially if they are changed after selection!

Solution: There is a modified project, recorded in the best way (notebook)!

4. The phone number left by the customer to the factory, or the phone number reserved for the customer, no electricity or service area, delay time!

Solution: Leave 1 more contact information!

5. The oven or disinfecting cabinet is underneath the cabinet. The socket is installed behind the appliance.

Solution: A switch can be installed directly above the socket or elsewhere!

6. When traveling, the main power is off. The food in the refrigerator is spoiled. The main power is not turned off, and other appliances are not assured!

The solution: to walk the refrigerator alone all the way!

7. The location of the power supply between the cabinet and the cabinet is too low, between 800-1000. The small appliances on the counter block the plug, so it is troublesome!

Solution: The distance from the ground should be around 1200!

8. There is no need to reserve a strong row of water heater power supply, access to the open line from a distance!

Solution: Reserve one!

9. Size errors, especially if the corners are not quite right, or if corners of parallelograms appear, installation is troublesome!

Solution: Check it yourself and remind the design to make mistakes.

10. Drawers are at the corner, close to the wall cabinets, handles and other cabinets or walls fight, doors can not be fully open!

Solution: Install a fake bar (fake board)!

Rectangular Magnets are six-sided magnet with straight sides where all angles are right angles (90°). Opposite sides of the magnet are parallel. They are commonly used in holding applications where they fit within a channel to increase their holding force. We carry a selection of different shapes and sizes and can manufacture magnets to our customers' specifications.

These Sintered NdFeB magnets are particularly suitable for high volumn production of a wide variety of shape and size ranges. Ni, Zn or customized coated surface protection. Precise dimensional control is achieved in both processed and usually the component does not require futher machining. NdFeb magnets have been widely used in high performance stepper, DC, servo, and linear motors, actuators, loudspeakers, headphones, instrumentation, switches, relays, magnetic imaging for medical and geophysical applications, holding systems, magnetic bearings, magnetic couplings, hard disk drives, etc.

Neodymium Rectangular Magnets are very strong, but very sensitive to temperature and corrosion. To combat temperature we can help you to select the grade that is appropriate for the operating temperature that you may require. To combat corrosion, neodymium magnets are coated on the outside. Most commonly they will be coated with nickel-copper-nickel, but can also be coated with epoxy, gold and parylene.
It is important to know that neodymium magnets are very hard and brittle and can break if they are dropped. Neodymium magnets can be assembled into products that use strong adhesives, but contact surfaces should all be clean and dry before bonding.

Block (or bar) magnets have completely flat surfaces that are perpendicular (at right angles) to each other, and are available in all scales from cubes through to long rectangular prisms.

The dimensions for blocks are Length x Width x Height (mm).

Block magnets feature straight edges and are available in all proportions from cubes through to flat rectangular bars. Rare Earth blocks are available in sizes from approx 6mm length up to 100mm length, with pull strengths exceeding 100kg.
