The first step in paving the floor is grassroots processing. Self-leveling and leveling construction is one of the most advanced ground construction technologies on the market. It can ensure that the difference between the height of every two square meters of the original ground does not exceed 3 mm. During construction, workers mix a variety of materials with water into a liquid substance. After pouring it into the ground, the liquid substance can flow according to the unevenness of the ground, automatically level the ground, and quickly dry and solidify. The ground will form a smooth, flat, seamless new base.
Self-leveling can make the floor more flat and ensure the floor's quiet effect. At the same time, it will make the ground stronger and avoid arching under the floor. In addition, it also ensures that there is no air barrier between the floor and the floor, which increases the thermal conductivity of the floor.

Keel
The material of the wood keel is usually fir or white pine. The height of the keel depends on the ground conditions, but it must not be less than 1.5 centimeters and the width cannot be less than 3.5 centimeters.
There are many ways to fix the wooden keel, such as first drilling, then plug the wooden wedge, fixed with nails; steel nails directly fixed; fixed with glue and fixed with a frame and other methods. These methods can be used simultaneously, but it is not advisable to use the glue fixing method from the viewpoint of environmental protection. After the keel is laid, the surface of the dragon wood should be leveled to lay the foundation for the future floor covering.
After cleaning the keel, clean it and vacuum it to ensure that the front of the keel is smooth and clean. Then evenly spread dampproof agents and insecticides.

When laying a moisture-proof film, it should be laid as flat as possible and placed to the side, and it should be spread to 5 cm above the corner, which is based on the baseboard. The seam must be fixed with tape. The anti-splicing between damp-proof membranes must reach 5 cm.
Paving floor
Pre-paving before formal paving, placing the floor in accordance with the principle of the same color and texture as possible. During this process, you can also inspect the floor for problems such as size or end cracking.
If you are satisfied with the pre-paving, you can fix the floor and form a formal paving. It is worth noting that the floor contact keel must be fixed with a nail. When fixing the floor, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the floor has cracks at the end, the height difference between adjacent floors is too large, or the gap between the panels is too large.

After the worker delivers the goods to the door, the owner must confirm and confirm the floor at the scene and properly keep the floor and accessories. At the time of acceptance, the owner should mainly check the type, size, color number and quantity of the floor.
After the wooden floor reaches the construction site, do not open the package and allow the floor to be placed in a “well†type stack so that ventilation can be ensured. If the on-site temperature is below 18 degrees Celsius, indoor heating facilities must be used to reach the temperature before installation. The floor must be stored on site for two to seven days (two days in summer and seven days in winter) for unpacking and installation. The purpose is to make the floor temperature from the warehouse and transport gradually reach the same temperature as the installation site. After the floor is unpacked, it must be installed within 24 hours.
Before laying the floor, it is best to confirm whether the floor and wall are fully dry. If the floor is too wet, the floor will tend to kick. If the wall is not fully dried, the color of sawdust and dust during construction can easily contaminate it and it is difficult to clean it.
The general sequence of floor installations is to install the floor first and then install the door. If you need to install the door first, you need to reserve the height of the ground in advance. The calculation method is: floor thickness + 2.5 mm floor thickness + buckle thickness (depending on the material).
When installing the skirting board, be careful not to make the mouth flush, but also be careful that the gap between the baseboard and the floor does not exceed 1 mm. If fixed with nails, the spacing between nails and nails must not exceed 40 cm.
If the room is a geothermal floor, the geothermal heat must be turned on several weeks before the floor is installed to open the windows for ventilation and emit moisture. If the surface temperature of any geothermal floor continues to exceed 27 degrees, the damage to the floor is destructive.
It is recommended that after the first installation of the floor, the floor be maintained two days before the furniture is placed. Do not buy poor quality skin care products that are sent by strangers to prevent unnecessary economic losses.
In daily use of the floor, the indoor temperature should be kept between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius, and the optimal air humidity is between 45% and 65%.
