The chilled cast iron roll has a high hardness, a hard skin on the surface, and often accompanied by hard spots and cracks, which is very difficult to process. If cubic boron nitride and ceramic tools are used, they are more expensive and not resistant to impact. To this end, we use YG6A and YT726 fine-grained hard alloys with high flexural strength and good wear resistance, and adopt the machine clamp form to achieve better results.
