The cylinder head material of the motorcycle engine is mostly aluminum alloy. Because the aluminum alloy material is soft, and the valve seat is working at high temperature, the wear is serious. Therefore, the valve seat is usually made of a good material (alloy cast iron, austenitic steel, etc.) separately embedded in the cylinder head, and the taper surface generally adopts a taper angle of 45° or 30°.
