Processing of thin-walled workpieces

In general, the processing of thin-walled workpieces is relatively difficult. The thin-walled workpiece shown in Fig. 1 has a wall thickness of only 1 mm and a large diameter, and is also heat-treated. The general processing method is to first rough, fine the outer circle, inner hole and end face, heat treatment, and then grind the inner hole and grind the outer circle. Due to heat treatment deformation, if the inner hole is ground like an outer circle, it is difficult to ensure the roundness and coaxiality of the inner hole due to elastic deformation.
