Paving methods have their own advantages and disadvantages
The quality of traditional paving materials is difficult to control, and cement quality, sand thickness and mud content are difficult to control. In the proportioning process of cement mortar, whether the ratio is reasonable, whether the amount of material is in place and whether the mixing is uniform will affect the quality of the cement mortar, resulting in the quality problems of plastering and tiling. During the operation, the worker's skill is higher, but the cost is lower.
The thin paste method material is a tile adhesive, which can be used directly with water, and the quality standard is easy to control and have high bonding strength. The workers are easy to operate and the brick laying efficiency is greatly improved. However, the thin-paste method needs to perform leveling treatment on the wall first, and has more procedures than cement mortar paving. This part requires higher labor costs; in addition, at the time of parity, the cost of tile adhesive is much higher than that of ordinary cement mortar.
