Woodworking machine operation precautions

3. Assembling cutters and jigs should be appropriate in fashion clips, and must not be beaten violently to ensure that the clips are firm and reliable.
4. During operation, it is necessary to observe whether the workpiece is clamped loosely. If it is loose, stop the operation of the machine immediately and tighten the loose part to prevent injury. Observe the workpiece during operation, the station should be appropriate.
5. When the tool of the engraving machine spindle moves fast, attention should be paid to the surrounding conditions to prevent collision.
6. If you encounter abnormal heating of the CNC engraving machine motor, the sound is not normal, etc., should immediately stop the engraving machine.
7. To be civilized, do not place tools, gauges, and workpieces on the machine's guides and tables. When the woodworking engraving machine is in operation, it is forbidden to touch the rotating part and not to rest the body on the machine tool. Do not transfer items from above the machine's moving parts.
8. Observe the procedure and do not arbitrarily modify the parameters and operating procedures set in the CNC.
9. After the operation is completed, wipe the machine, clean the work site, and disconnect the power supply.
