1. After the aluminum material is loaded into the furnace, it is heated to a predetermined temperature above 160° C., and then exhausted from the furnace with a high temperature fan for 1 to 3 times so that the pressure in the furnace is negative to the ambient atmosphere. The aluminum profile is maintained within the range of 0.8 to 0.95 of the ambient atmospheric pressure. The extraction time is determined by the process experiment depending on the volume of the furnace and the specification of the aluminum material. The temperature of the previous evacuation is 160 to 260°C, the second and the second. The temperature of the three times of evacuation is 260-360°C. Each evacuation is an isothermal evacuation process, but the temperature of the latter evacuation should be at least 50°C higher than the temperature of the previous evacuation, after each evacuation, To change the furnace gas, stop the pumping and allow the air to enter the furnace so that the pressure in the furnace is balanced with the ambient atmosphere, and at the same time the temperature is raised to the temperature of the next pumping at or above 260 °C;
