Classification of clamps

Construction of the clamp

Hanger

However, when the lifting operation is performed, the lifter should be grounded and the lifting hook should be lowered until no force is applied. In this way, the crane hook is easily decoupled.

Opening and closing mechanism

The opening and closing mechanism includes a manual lifting lever type, (automatic) double hook type, (automatic) single hook type, and (automatic) turn-lock type. The automatic opening and closing mechanism is a mechanism for automatically opening and closing the billet. Its action does not require any external power source, relying on the fixture's own gravity to achieve automatic opening and closing of the fixture. Lubrication of the starting and closing mechanism: It is necessary to add lubricating oil (or oil) on a regular basis (2 to 3 days) and then move it up and down several times until the lubrication is complete. Do not add excessive amount of grease to lubricate!

Synchronizer

The synchronizer is a device that ensures that each clamp arm of the clamp moves synchronously.

Clamp arm

The pliers arm is the main force-increasing part of the clamp, through which the billet is clamped.

Support board

The support plate is a support for the billet fixture. The support plate is supported on the upper surface of the billet to ensure smooth operation of the opening and closing mechanism of the billet fixture.

Clamp

Clamps are pin-shaft-connected, dovetail-linked, and slot-shaped plug-in structures. The jaws are the main parts that are in direct contact with the billet and determine the reliability of the steel billet gripping the billet.
