Heat treatment method for SKH9 high speed steel:
1, SKH-9 through forging to reach a temperature of 1.100 ~ 900 ° C
2. SKH-9 annealing: first heat to 800-850 ° C, stay at this temperature for two to four hours, then let it cool in the furnace.
3, SKH-9 quenching: first preheated to 550-600 ° C, heated to 950 ° C, and then heated to different temperatures according to its use, heating to 1,220 ~ 1250 ° C when making general tools, the production form is complex Heat up to 1,200 ° C to 1230 ° C when tools requiring toughness are required. Hardened in oil, but the oil temperature must first moisturize 40-60 ° C
4, SKH-9 tempering: heating to 550-570 ° C, stay at this temperature, and then cool in still air, tempering must be repeated twice
5, SKH-9 hardness: HRC63 ° C or more
